GHOST O.G. BUNDLE Review: Is It Worth It?

We'll start with some backstory.

The year was 2022. It was my final year of university and I had officially entered my gym era. I was tired of rotting in bed and outside was finally opening up, so I decided to copy social media and do the thing that scared me—lift a weight.

My For You Page, once filled with This Is Your Sign videos, was now showing me creators that made going to the gym seem fun. Though I had started as a casual gym-goer, I began to get more and more interested in proper form, different workouts, and the inescapable supplements.

Enter Courtney Sarracino.

I love Courtney! Her content is a large part of why I thought I could have any type of fun in the gym. In her videos, it wasn't this Serious Place for Professionals where you shrink your personality and grunt and be macho. All of the ideas I had about the gym were wrong. She went in happy, giggling, yapping and lifting. She made me want to want to go to the gym.

Courtney is part of the GHOST Fam, a team of fitness influencers, athletes, entertainers (and more) that support and promote the GHOST Lifestyle brand. It was through her that I learned about GHOST and their products. I was nervous to give them a try because the price is pretty steep and what if I didn't like anything? Now, for what you came for. My review of the GHOST O.G. BUNDLE. Note that I was consistently working out before and while using them.

I got 'em. I tried 'em. Let's rate 'em 1 through 10.

Price

I spent a total of $145.94 USD. Since I split it with someone, my part was $72.97 USD.

This included shipping, which was $25 USD. I live in Winnipeg, Canada so I'm not sure what the rates are elsewhere.

At the time of purchase, that total converted to approximately $200 CAD.

Three things helped us save some money: bundling, splitting the cost, and using a referral code.

I don't often buy fitness supplements, but that was a big spend for me. In terms of affordability, I would personally rate it a 5/10. It's something I would have to save up for so that when I need a refill, it's not too jarring for my wallet. However, I had them for a couple of months (even while sharing) so it's not too bad. If I were refilling after a month, my rating would drop significantly.

Shipping

Shipping was rapid. 10/10.

This was the timeline based on my email updates:

12th - Order placed and confirmed.

13th - Order packed and shipped.

15th - Order out for delivery. Received.

$25 USD is wild, but with such quick shipping I can't even be mad. I had forgotten by the time I held the package in my hands.

🍪 GHOST WHEY x OREO: 4/10

I generally don’t like protein powder. The first one I ever tried was from an obscure brand on Amazon and, despite the flavour being a neutral vanilla, I hated the taste.

I REALLY wanted to love this one and I tried so hard. I tried it with water, milk, coffee, frozen yogurt... Nothing changed my mind. I’ve finally accepted that I don’t like protein powder.

I didn't use it so, I can't accurately comment on it. Will not repurchase. 4/10.

🍉 GHOST SIZE (Warheads Sour Watermelon): 8/10

If you like candy, you’ll like this one! I 100% chose it for the flavour.

The first time I tried it, I used too much and I was so itchy. I had combined it with the pre-workout so that could be why. I learned that I had to build up my tolerance, which I wasn't mad at.

Anyway, this one is a muscle builder. My muscles stayed built and defined considering the amount of work I was putting in wasn’t too intense. I was in the gym for funsies, doing karaoke and giggling when I discovered what certain muscles felt like.

Would buy again.

🍑 GHOST LEGEND (Peach): 8/10

This one is a pre-workout that also tastes like candy.

I could feel myself gradually “powering up” after taking it. Once I learnt how much I could take without itching, I was locked in. My endurance was up, I left the gym feeling like I could still do more, and my body felt awake.

I’d definitely buy this one again because I enjoyed it and had zero issues.

Overall, my average rating of the GHOST LIFESTYLE products I tried is 7/10.

Would I go out and buy them again? I would and will.
